Recently, Globacom increased the price of their 3GB Comonth subscription from N1,000 to N1,400 which made most users migrate from Glo data subscription to that of other service providers.
Till date the reason for such increament from Globacom remained unknown and Glo has not issued any official statement or reasons to such swift development. Glo Comonth plan has been a lifesaver plan for most Android device and BlackBerry 10 users. Although the plan was originally meant for BlackBerry, but it was blazing very well on Android devices via IMEI Tweaking and a daily runner for most Aandroid handlers.
It seems Glo has realised they are now loosing BIS subscribers as a result of that changed in their Comonth plan because most of the subscription came from Android users. To cover the lapses, Glo has decided to introduce another blackberry data plan that offers 2GB of data for N1,000 as an alternative to Comonth plan. The good thing about this plan is that it works just like the previous 3GB Comonth data plan, same settings. That is the code to subscribe for those who are still interested, but I don’t think I can ever waste my hard earned N1,000 for this 2GB plan, I will rather add up N400 to my N1,000 and get 3GB data instead of paying N1,000 for 2GB. what do you think?
