Between friends, family and work, we send dozens of messages a day. But there’s an easier way to do that than using your thumbs on tiny keyboards. Starting today, you can send messages using some of your favorite messaging apps on your Android by simply talking to Google, just like you can already do to send quick emails, Hangouts or text messages.

With the Google app on your Android, you can already say things like “Ok Google, send a text to Taylor: I’ll be in town for the weekend, want to meet up?”—the same way you can ask Google all your questions by voice on your phone. Now, you can do the same with some popular messaging apps.

Hi, here is my own launcher builded from scratch.
I was very frustrated about all launchers that all look the same, so i decided to create my own abour 10 month ago.

Solid Launcher was in beta, but now I make it more stable and serious, so I share it with you .
If you guys can write here some recommendations or advices, it would be great, thanks a lot for taking time to test my app

Motorola Moto X Style hands-on

What a morning it was for Motorola, now a Lenovo company! For a good while there, we were curious about what direction the company would be undertake after being picked up by the Chinese company. The competition in the landscape has been fierce, and now that we’re well into the second half of 2015, it’s undoubtedly only going to get tougher as we approach the crucial holiday season.

Today marks a memorable event for Motorola, as the company announced not just one, two, but three brand new phones. Out of the trio, the Moto X Style is undoubtedly the undisputed high-end offering out of the bunch. Naturally, it’s an evolutionary upgrade over last year’s model – boasting an impressive specs sheet to die for, while still retaining its customizable design. We’re eager to see what this new phone is made of, so let’s dive in and find out!

Motorola Moto X Style hands-on

By no means are there any sort of drastic changes to the Moto X Style, which is a good thing because it strikes that balance of being stylish and premium at the same time. What’s most apparent, though, is that this year’s model is more of handful to operate – due to the larger sized screen it’s packing around this time. Beyond that, it features the charismatic design language of the series, so that includes a metal trim border with a slightly curved rear casing.

Thanks to Moto Maker, it’ll continue to be treated to various case finishes, metal trim colors, and much more – to make it unique and different from your default finish. And that’s the beauty of the Moto X Style, it simply looks good and feel good. Actually, the aesthetics reminds us of the Nexus 6’s design, seeing that it’s similar in overall size – though, it’s not as heavy, thankfully.

Display

Apparently people want big phones! Therefore, it seems like Motorola is responding accordingly by fashioning the Moto X Style with a phablet-esque sized 5.7-inch 1440 x 2560 display. In bringing up the phone to Quad-HD resolution, it means that it has the detail and sharpness to match its highly esteemed rivals in the market already. And it looks good in our cursory inspection, as details are meticulously produced, it brightness output it potent at the highest brightness setting, and viewing angles are maintained. Colors, too, are quite poppy and vibrant in tone, but more importantly, there’s barely much distortion at wide viewing angles.

Interface

The beauty of Motorola’s Android smartphones is that they run a mostly vanilla Android experience, so that’s something that’ll delight purists. Visually, we can’t complain because it’s nearly stock, but it’s obviously accompanied with Motorola’s enhancements, which continue to be meaningful to the experience – as opposed to redundant and overwhelming like some customized experiences. What we have here is Android 5.1 Lollipop right now, but we can only imagine that updating to the latest version won’t be lengthy.

And you know what? It has multi-user support in tow, which might not be a big deal for some, but it’s nonetheless something noteworthy to point out because it’s a Lollipop feature that has been omitted in many other customized experience. Seeing it here, of course, means that Motorola is having a firm commitment in giving users the most faithful experience – and we like it!

Processor and Memory

The combination of mostly stock Android and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC with a 1.8GHz maximum clock speed and 3GB of RAM ensures that everything is smooth, snappy, and responsive. There’s barely any hiccups in our quick run through, so we can sleep knowing that it’ll handle the most processor intensive tasks without much fluff. In addition, the SoC is backed by the so-called Natural Language Processor and Contextual Computing Processor, which enable some of the phone's unique, always-on gesture and voice interaction features.

Available in two storage options, 32GB and 64GB, Motorola does justice by offering a microSD card slot to give users the power to supplement its capacity. Needless to say, it’s a comforting gesture that we adore! From the looks of it, the slot itself is combined with the SIM slot.

The devoted rootheads among you will be especially relieved to learn that OnePlus has decided to continue the tradition of supporting smartphones with unlocked bootloaders under warranty.

While other manufacturers still treat unlocking the bootloader as Unleashing The Gates Of Doom upon their smartphones and refuse to provide warranty work on "jailbroken" devices, OnePlus' service center will actually take the unlocked OPO or OP2, and examine whether the issues are directly related to post-unlocking procedures, such as rooting and installing custom ROMs. Better not tell the folks at OnePlus about the 19+ Xposed modules you installed yesterday, then! Heck, they will find out anyway...

As if today wasn't lively enough, Motorola presented its strongest Android portfolio to date, and the pearl of the crown is the new Motorola Moto X Style. An official successor to the 2014 Moto X, the new Moto flagship is impressive with its design and customization flexibility, all while featuring a near-stock Android Lollipop experience at an attractive price point of $399 unlocked.

The Moto X Style's introduction certainly makes the newly announced OnePlus 2 a tougher sale, and the same goes for the iPhone 6 Plus, literally the most superb iOS phablet there is. Since the new Moto flagship is a hot-shot 5.5-inch screen smartphone just like the other two, it makes sense to compare their specs. The Moto X Style and OnePlus 2, in particular, are fighting for the same sub-$400 price tier, while the iPhone 6 Plus can be had on contract for $299, taking the edge off its harsh price tag. Whereas the Moto X Style and OnePlus 2 are trying to outdo each other in terms of value offered for money, Apple is sticking to its time-tested approach of offering a benchmark mobile experience in nearly every aspect (save for, ahem, battery life).

So i can freely admit that have been a huge fan of the Opera mini version for like {ever and ever}  you guess is as good as much as mine on why that..

***Introduction

Many thought the days of BlackBerry were numbered yet the company is still here, pushing new phones. The Canadians might not be the leading smartphone manufacturer that it once was, but it's still got a loyal fanbase that the BlackBerry Leap comes to cater to.

You get a 5" HD display, dual-core processor, 2GB RAM, an 8MP shooter and a rich connectivity package - not the kind of specs to make a geek's pulse race, but adequate for the mid-range that the Leap is targeting. The design is instantly recognizable - square edges, plastic unibody and dotted rear panel with a huge BlackBerry logo. It's more of the classic kind, rather than modern or fresh, but that's a good thing to say for a business-oriented phone.

Ah, the venerable Selfie! So popular is its usage today that it's easy to forget that the word would have meant nothing to people even 10 years back. And yet, as if of nowhere, everyone is now in on the new trend. Sure, you may not be into this whole selfie thing, but the facts are that more people than you probably realize are very much part of the social phenomenon. One survey for example, commissioned by Samsung, found that over a third of photos taken by Britons aged 18–24 were selfies. According to the study, Brits take almost 2 billion photos a month, so that means some 700 million selfies coming out every 30 days, from just that one country.

Introduction

The Sony Xperia C4 is one odd member of the company's lineup. It's not very close to the flagship in terms of specs, yet it's ruling the phablet division with a 5.5-inch FullHD display. The T2 and T3 are both showing signs of age, not to mention they have less than half the pixels. Meanwhile the Z-series have been stuck at 5.2 inches for a while, leaving little options to those looking for a pixel-rich phablet.

The Xperia C4 builds on the proven concept of the C3 with the same 5MP front camera with an LED flash to please the narcissistic folk and allow shooting in less than ideal conditions at that (the frowned upon flash selfie at the club a prime example).

In a bid to create more hype before the scheduled debut of its second smartphone, OnePlus published a blog post with the title “Ahead of its time: 2016 Flagship Killer.” In it, the ambitious Chinese startup boldly claims that OnePlus 2 “was not created to compete with the flagships from 2015,” but with next year’s top dogs instead.

OnePlus revealed that the custom Oxygen OS of the upcoming “future-proof” flagship smartphone will have Android M features on board. The custom ROM will be based on an Android Lollipop build at launch.

The much-rumored Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ will be announced alongside the Galaxy Note 5, possibly in mid-August. But it looks like the unveiling date and their phablet status aren't the only things these handsets will have in common.

A new report from Vietnam today claims the S6 edge+ will come with 4GB of RAM too. It was only yesterday when we heard the same thing about the Note 5, though in that case it was through a benchmark. This time around we have to trust the anonymous sources, who have handled a prototype.

Searching for the best Android apps is a daunting task. Below you will find a list of Apps I think are the best in their respective categories.

1. Best App for downloading FREE music on Android is the Google Play Music! Spotify has an excellent paid subscription service, and Sound Cloud has a multitude of tracks for online streaming, but Google Play Music actually surpasses them because it comes out of the box with an Android phone, it is very easy to use and it is absolutely free to download songs on your devices.

2. Best Android-exclusive Launcher is the Nova Launcher . I say its the best because this Launcher mimics exactly the real Android operating system’s user interface. It’s compatibility starts with Android 4.1 and It lets you customize the entire look and feel of your Operating System.

3. Best Android App for Kids. Once you’ve installed the necessary apps for your kids on your device, then, go ahead and download ‘ KIDS PLACE‘. This app allows you to restrict your kids to only the apps you want them to have access to. It also prevents them from sending messages or purchasing other apps while using the device.

4. Best App for musicians on Android is ‘
CAUSTIC 3 ‘. With this tool, you have the freedom to use 14 different synthesizers, vocoders and drum machines to create that perfect sound, even while on the move. Caustic 3 is a complex app, so be prepared to put some time into it.

5. One of the best App you won’t find in the Play Store is The ‘ TUBEMATE ‘. With this app, you can download YouTube videos to your device in various formats and resolutions. Anything you download will automatically be saved to the video section of your Gallery and be ready to watch or stream to Chromecast.

6. Best Unknown Android App is: ‘ Ask Me Anything‘, created by Reddit AMA. It’s a unique and low-key app which lets you read the latest Celebrity AMA interviews, and also send over questions that you’d like to ask those celebrities.

7. Best Cloud Storage App for Android is the Google Drive because, it’s baked into most Android devices. And Google is always giving away extra GBs of storage space for FREE, and it’s synced up with the handy Google Docs Office suite. It’s the undisputed Champ!

8. Best Messaging App goes to ‘ DRUPE ‘. Why?! Drupe displays your whole contacts list, then lets you contact people using any of the most popular messaging services such as – WhatsApp, SMS, Skype, you name it. A very good app.

9. Best dating App for Android. Look no further for POF (Plenty Of Fish) is already there for you. Sign-up is absolutely FREE! But be prepared to go through a complex resignation process (for security reasons and easy cross-matching). Try it. You’re gonna like it.

10. Best Offline App for Android. When you don’t have a Wi-Fi or data connection, ‘ Pocket Offline App‘ is all you need. It helps you save text and images for reading later on. No more bookmarking, link sharing or copy-pasting when you have Pocket in your pocket.

11. Best Lock Screen App for your Android. Next Lock Screen is the winner in this category. It lets you do so much without even unlocking your screen from checking notifications, calendar reminders, music controls, missed calls, quick settings and more.

12. Best Alternative to the Google Play Store is ‘ SlideMe ‘. There, you can find a whole bunch of cool, hand-picked apps that have been individually tested to ensure that they work on AOSP (Android Open Source Project), and are not tied into the Play Store services.

13. Best Browser App for Android is the ‘ Dolphin Browser‘. It’s free, it looks great,it comes with tons of features, and it supports Flash Player – Yes! that’s an edge.

14. Best Camera app for Android is non other than, ‘ Camera360 Ultimate ‘. It houses more than 200 filters, NFC photo sharing, and a blissful absence of ads. Give it a try and thank me later.

15. Best Keyboard app. This goes to my special One – ‘ SwiftKey‘, a free keyboard app which makes typing just as simple as it can be, and it has great swipe options, predictions, adaptive-learning, and more.

16. The Best Music-play App for Android is: ‘ Poweramp‘. It’s a great way to enjoy your favourite music, with a ton of options and support for almost any type of file. You can’t go wrong with poweramp.

17. Best Video App for Android. Here,
VLC takes the stage. It came out of beta last year, meaning that it’s now stable and ready for anyone to use. It supports a huge number of formats. The pinch to zoon feature is pretty neat too.

18. Best Launcher App for Android is the ‘ Smart Launcher 2 ‘. It’s one of the best with its unique, ultra-cool design. Give it a try!

19. Best Security and Maintenance App is the ‘ AVG‘. Even if your browsing and downloading habits are completely safe, you can never be too careful.

20. Best Weather App for Android. Although there are a lot of great apps in this category, but Yahoo Weather seems to be standing out tall from the crowd. It looks great, it’s simple to use, and it presents all of the information you require at a glance. It also has a nice widget too.

21. Best Fitness and Lifestyle App is, ‘ Calorie Counter ‘. It provides a great way to lose weight and stay in shape. Simply enter your weight and height, and Calorie Counter will tell you how many calories you can consume each day.

So! what do you think? Did I leave out your favorite App? Hit us up in the comment section.
Cheers!

Over the years, the so called Chinko smartphones have gained quite some grounds on the Korean and American Giants. Without further ado, let's look at 10 of the strongest contenders across China that have the potential to give the established heavyweights quite a few worries in the foreseeable future.
