Today, we are going to look at how to solve or stop the must common Android problem, that is "Unfortunately Application Has Stopped"

So in case any of your Android application stopped or show the error message. It could be Operamini, Ucweb, Whatsapp, Facebook application, YouTube etc.

This is how to solve the problem or error;

* Clear cache and data and reboot the Android.

* Update affected application that is showing error message (playstore or other source)

* Uninstall the affected application and Reinstall it back.

* Factory data reset.

1. Clear cache and data and reboot the Android.

We believe 90 percent of Android phone users can do this. This is one of the methods to solve error message (Unfortunately Application Has Stopped)

You can possibly clear cache with different strategies or methods. The following are the ways to clear cache to solve "unfortunately application has stopped" problem on Android Phone:

» Clear the cache and data for all Applications all together.

How to do it:

- Goto Android Phone Settings

- Click Storage

- Scroll down to cache data and click it

- If will show "This will clear cached data for all Apps" meaning that the system is asking for confirmation (cancel or ok)

- Click Ok

This is one way or method of clear up the cache data to solve "Unfortunately Application Has Stopped" problem on Android Phone.

» The second method is to getting the specific application you want to clear it cache (Affected Application)

How to do it:

- Goto Android Phone Settings

- Scroll to "Apps" or "Apps Manager"

- Select or choose particular application you want to clear or affected application. E.g Facebook application or Whatsapp or Adobe reader. Click it

- You will see "clear cache" there, click it and clear it.

» Last method under clear cache and data to solve " Unfortunately Application Has Stopped" problem is using automated application or program. Automated application like CM security, Clean Master, Avast Security etc

If you want to use "Clean Master Application" open it and click junk files and clear all cache.

Note: After each method you need to reboot the phone to make it effective.

Reboot your Android Phone by press the Power key or botton. Some Android Phone don't have reboot or restart option in Power. Just Switch Off your phone and Re-On it after few minutes.

After all these ways or methods your phone error message (Unfortunately Application Has Stopped) yet to solve, we will advice you to try remaining three methods.

2. Update the Application:

Update the Application through the source (Playstore or other source) if updates available. Goto playstore and search for application that is giving problem (Unfortunately Application Has Stopped) and update it and it will install automatically. We hope this will solve problem. In case if this not working, you can try third method

3. Uninstall & Re install the application:

Uninstall the application that is showing "Unfortunately Application Has Stopped" and Reinstall it back.

How to Uninstall and Reinstall Application.

Choose the application and hold it (short press) and drag it up to uninstall bin and remove your hand, it will ask you to confirm it Press "Ok".
After, uninstall goto playstore and re download the application.

4. Factory data reset: This is last option and we don't generally recommend it for users, unless the user want to solve the problem.

Below are the step to do factory data reset

- Goto Android Phone settings

- Scroll to factory data reset, click it

- If it ask for password put your phone lock password.

We are strongly believe that if you try any of above mentioned methods, the problem of " unfortunately application has stopped" will be solve.
